Hey everyone, I have this mini TV and the part where I plug in the cord just came out along with the cord itself. Is it possible for me to fix this myself, or should I just get a new TV?

You can definitely fix it! Just grab a micro USB breakout board and resolder the big wires back on. If you're looking for a quicker solution, you might want to just cut those wires entirely and connect a permanent cord using another USB cable. This way, you won’t have to deal with the loose connector again.
