Can I Fix This Water Erosion Issue Myself?

Hey everyone! I just inherited a home from a family member, and it's my first time owning property. I'm saving up money and trying to handle repairs myself instead of hiring contractors. Recently, I've noticed some issues at the base of my home's exterior, which I suspect could be related to water erosion since there are no gutters. The stucco is missing in some areas, and there are chips of concrete coming off. Given this context, do you think I can fix it myself? I've linked some images for reference and added an edit with a photo of the specific spots I'm worried about. What do you think?

Honestly, it looks like your house is built on a slab, and the little paint missing at the bottom might just be from regular wear and tear, not a big issue. Check for any cracks or flaking that aren’t visible in the pictures. If there’s no water damage or structural problems inside, you might be able to leave it as is for now. Just make sure to install gutters if you get a lot of rain!

Thanks for the insights! Yes, my home is on a slab, and it’s in Central Florida. The stucco isn’t soft, but I did notice some small hairline cracks. Should I still just leave it until I can gather funds for proper repairs?
