Can I Grow Flowers for My Prom Bouquet in 2.5 Months?

Hey everyone! My prom is coming up on June 6th, which gives me about 2.5 months to prepare. I'm really interested in growing some flowers for my bouquet, but I'm not sure what I can realistically grow in that timeframe. I'm located in South Jersey, so any tips on what flowers might be ready by early June would be awesome. Also, I'm new to this, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Definitely consider mini roses! I’ve grown them indoors and they’re super cute, though I’m not sure how well they hold up as cut flowers. But you could give it a shot! Also, keep in mind how much sunlight your space gets—it really makes a difference!

Thanks for the tip! I’ll look into the mini roses and check the sunlight situation.

Honestly, it’s tough to say you’ll have anything you’d want in a bouquet ready in that time. Most flowers need more lead time to bloom beautifully for a special occasion like prom.

Oh, that’s disappointing! I was really hoping to grow something special.
