Can I Mix Grow Bulbs with Regular Bulbs for My Houseplants?

I'm looking to enhance the growth of my houseplants using grow bulbs, but I'm not a fan of the harsh light they emit. I really prefer a warm light vibe. So, I'm curious: if I use multiple bulbs in the same fixture, is it possible to combine a full spectrum grow bulb with a standard warm bulb (around 1800K-2000K) to balance out the brightness? I want to make sure that the plants will still benefit from the grow bulb while also making my space more comfortable. My apartment doesn't get much natural light, so I'm trying to find a good solution here. Any advice?

You can definitely find grow lights in the 3000-4000K range, which might suit your taste better! I use Soltech lights that give off a warm, golden-hour glow, and I'm a big fan. However, I had a 5000K grow light before and it felt super clashing with the warm bulbs. So, I switched to a more affordable adjustable bulb from 3000-6500K. Just a heads up, having the bulbs side by side won't cancel out the grow light's effectiveness, but mixing might not give you the best visual vibe. It really depends on how your fixture is set up!

Thanks for the input! I'm trying to stick to standard screw-in bulbs for my home decor. I'll be using a socket splitter to fit two bulbs per fixture, but I'm struggling to find grow bulbs that emit warm light. Maybe I'm being too picky!
