I'm currently trying to paint my room, but the temperature has dropped to -4°C and I can't open my window for proper ventilation. Is it feasible for me to still paint under these conditions without risking damage to the paint?

Totally! You can paint without opening a window, especially if you're using a decent no-ventilation paint. Just make sure to keep the room warm to help with drying. If it's too cold, the paint might take longer to cure, but it shouldn't ruin the finish or anything. Just check the labels!
It's definitely possible! Just be careful and consider using a paint that's low in VOCs, so the fumes aren't as harsh. Make sure to monitor the room temperature while you paint, and don’t forget to allow extra drying time.
