I have a DCF923B and I'm looking to swap out the anvil for the one from a DCF892B. Has anyone done this before, and if so, could you provide me with the part number?

You might want to give searching “Dewalt replacement parts” a try. It could lead you to what you need without too much hassle.
Just so you know, the DCF923B has a 3/8" anvil while the DCF892B has a 1/2" anvil. Swapping them out probably isn’t possible because of the size difference.
Is that really true? I've seen people manage to upgrade to a bigger anvil before. Could there be a workaround?
I did that before asking and found the ereplacement site, but it wasn't helpful at all.
