I have an old 1983 VW van that doesn't run and is completely gutted. I'm curious if it's possible to convert it into a sauna, but I'm totally lost on how to start this project. Any advice would be super helpful!

Waterproofing is going to be your biggest hurdle. You'll need to make sure to coat every little spot since water vapor can rust the van pretty quickly, turning it into a puddle of rust. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it—doing it right costs a lot, and doing it wrong means it'll just get ruined in no time.
