Can I Use a Humidifier on Carpet Without Issues?

Hey everyone! I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experience using a humidifier in a carpeted space. My apartment is almost entirely carpeted, and the only windows have carpet right in front of them. I'm concerned about leaving the humidifier on and potentially causing my carpet to stay wet or create other problems. Does anyone have tips or has used a humidifier on carpet without any issues?

A good tip is to place your humidifier on a little table or stand to keep it off the floor. This helps prevent too much condensation from forming right on the carpet. Just make sure it’s stable!

Under the humidifier?

I have a similar setup! I put our humidifier on a small washable rug in the bathroom, and it usually stays dry, even when running all night. Just keep an eye on it, and it should be fine!

Thank you!

I use my humidifier all the time and it’s on a table, well off the carpet. I’ve never had an issue with wet carpet, so you should be okay if you elevate it a bit!

Ok, thank you!
