I've been wondering if it's safe to use a pressure washer to clean the walls in my garage. My friend insists it's a good idea, but I'm really concerned about potential moisture damage and mold. What do you all think? Is it okay to go ahead with this?

If your walls are made of standard plasterboard or drywall, definitely avoid the pressure washer. Even rare water exposure can be problematic if you're not careful. It's literally called "dry" wall for a reason! Plus, if you're using a gas washer, be mindful of carbon monoxide risks.
Your friend might not be the brightest. Pressure washing drywall can lead to serious issues like structural damage. If your garage isn’t made from something more durable like sheet metal, just don’t do it!
