Hey everyone! I recently bought a Voltx 200W Folding Solar Mat and I'm trying to connect it to my EcoFlow River Pro 2. However, I'm not getting any power flowing through. The Voltx has an Anderson output, and I've linked it to an Anderson to MC4 adapter (from iTech), which is then connected to an MC4 to XT60i adapter (from EcoFlow). I've tested the Voltx with and without the included MPPT Solar Controller, but no luck there either. Interestingly, when I do connect the Voltx to the MPPT Solar Controller, it does output power via the USB port, so I know it's functioning to some extent. I've also verified that another solar panel I have (with MC4 output) works with my setup, which suggests that the MC4 to XT60i adapter is fine. I'm starting to think that either the Anderson to MC4 adapter (from iTech) is the issue, or that the Voltx just isn't compatible with the EcoFlow River Pro 2. I've included some links to the specs for both the Voltx and the EcoFlow for reference—any insights would be greatly appreciated!

It's great that you've confirmed the MPPT Solar Controller is working with power through USB. That suggests the Voltx itself is likely fine. If another solar panel is working, there’s a good chance the issue is with the adapter from Anderson to MC4. Maybe swap that one out if you can and see if it makes a difference?
It sounds like you've got the setup right, but you might want to double-check the wiring. The Anderson to MC4 should connect positive to the female MC4. If it's reversed, you won't get any power. Make sure the polarity is correct on all your connections before assuming there's a compatibility issue. Good luck!
Thanks for the tip! I'll make sure to check the connectors again to confirm the right polarity.
