Can I Use AC and Ventilation at the Same Time?

Hey everyone! I'm in Canada and have just moved into a home that has ventilation, unlike my previous places. I'm a bit confused about how ventilation works. Could someone please explain it in simple terms? Specifically, does the ventilation system circulate air inside the house or does it bring in air from outside? Also, is it possible to run the ventilation and AC at the same time, considering I don't see any separate vents for the ventilation? Thanks!

Absolutely, you can run both your AC and ventilation together! The ventilation system is designed to bring in fresh air from the outside and mix it with the air inside your home. This can improve your indoor air quality and keep things healthy. So, while your AC cools the air, the ventilation will help keep it fresh!

Thanks for clarifying! But where exactly is it getting the outside air from? I only see floor vents blowing out cold air from the AC.
