I accidentally purchased a seed starting mix from Lowe's instead of regular potting soil. I'm wondering if I can still use this mix for my already grown plants, or if I need to take it back and get the right one.

Honestly, Miracle-Gro soil isn't as great as it used to be—it's packed with chopped wood and not the best for plants. If you don't want to return it, just make sure to amend the mix with something richer.
Seed starting mix has fewer nutrients compared to regular potting soil, so your plants might struggle a bit. It might be best to return it if you can. If not, consider adding compost or a slow-release fertilizer to boost its nutrient content.
You can definitely use the seed starting mix! It's designed to allow seeds to germinate easily, but it can work for other plants too, especially if you mix it with some outdoor garden soil to balance it out.
