I'm new to growing veggies, and it's been a bit of a learning curve. I've had some seedlings under a grow light for the past month and they seem okay. Now, I'm getting ready to move them outside but I've realized my patio doesn't get as much sunlight as I thought. It faces west, so it only starts getting direct sunlight around 2 PM and is in the shade during the morning. Am I in trouble? Can my veggies grow well with this limited sunlight?

Don't worry too much! My garden gets only 4-6 hours of sunlight max, and though the yields might be lower, you can definitely grow veggies. Leafy greens usually do better in less sun, but you'll be surprised at what can thrive! Give it a try!
Your veggies will still grow and produce, but don’t expect them to be massive or to have huge harvests. Try planting and see how they perform this year!

Yeah, I agree! I have some spring veggies that only get about 4-5 hours, and they're doing well so far. It's all about finding the right plants for your space!
