Can the M18 Heat Gun Effectively Bend PVC Conduit?

Has anyone tried using the M18 Heat Gun to heat PVC conduit for bending? I'm in a bit of a bind since I couldn't access corded power and have just ordered one with a HO CP 3.0 battery. From what I've read, it seems like it doesn't get as hot as a regular corded heat gun. What's the general opinion on its suitability for this task?

I’m not sure it gets hot enough to bend PVC, but just so you know, the 3Ah battery will give you around 4 minutes of use. Might not be enough time for what you need!

It won’t compare to a corded one, that’s for sure. You might want to consider getting a larger battery if you decide to stick with it.

Totally agree. It's probably better to have a backup plan like a propane torch.

I've used it mainly for heat shrink and it’s definitely on the slower side. If you're doing something quick, you might be disappointed.

Yeah, that’s what I’ve been hearing. I’m a bit worried it won’t cut it.
