Hey everyone! I'm about to purchase a new Sawstop in the next week or so, and they've got this sweet promotion where I can pick one free upgrade from three options: either overarm dust collection, a premium dado set, or a scale miter gauge with a 60-tooth blade. I'm not too keen on the dado set since I've heard stock blades aren't great. So, I'm mainly trying to decide between the scale miter gauge and the overarm dust collection. Does anyone have experience with either of these upgrades and can share their thoughts?

I'd definitely recommend going for the dust collection. It's super useful, especially when you're cutting sheet goods like MDF. You'll appreciate the cleaner workspace every time you fire up the saw! Plus, you can find better dado sets and blades outside of the Sawstop brand.
