I just picked up the Milwaukee inflator, but all of my power tools are DeWalt 20V. Since I plan to keep the inflator in my car, I'm debating whether I should get the M18 2854-20 or stick with the DCF921, especially since I already have spare 20V batteries. What are your thoughts?

The DCF921 is generally recognized as more powerful based on torque tests I've seen, so it might be the better option outright.
I've heard nothing but great things about the DCF921! It's compact and packs a real punch, especially when paired with a good battery. Personally, it's the impact wrench I've used the most since I bought it. Not sure about the Milwaukee, but you can definitely find some comparison videos online. The 921 was top of its class for a while after its release.
I own the DCF923. According to a YouTube channel that tests torque, it performs similarly to the 921. If you're mostly using it for changing tires or minor car repairs, you might want to check out the 923. It's worth noting that a set of 3/8” impact sockets is much cheaper than a 1/2” set, but you might miss some larger sizes. If you already have 1/2” sockets, go ahead and stick with them! Ultimately, I don’t think there’s a huge difference between Milwaukee and DeWalt. DeWalt might be a bit more reliable, while Milwaukee tends to be more powerful. But if you're not a professional mechanic, you should be fine with either.
