Hey everyone, I was out weedwhacking yesterday and got a piece of gravel that flew up into my nostril. Later that evening, I started to feel a sore throat and some sinus pain. By the next morning, my face started hurting, my nose was running, and I couldn't breathe through the nostril where the gravel hit. I'm starting to worry that there might actually be gravel lodged in there. Is that something that could happen, or is it more likely just a sinus infection?

I think you're right to consider that it could also just be a sinus infection or irritation from dust. If that’s the case, a doctor can help clear things up. Don't wait too long if it gets worse!
Definitely sounds possible! But really, your best bet is to see a doctor instead of trying to figure this out on Reddit. Don't ignore symptoms like this, especially if you're having trouble breathing!

This is also what I am hoping, it was a dusty area. Next time I will wear a mask or rag on my face.
