Yeah, it definitely looks like it could be asbestos. But honestly, if you leave it alone, it shouldn't pose a risk. Just wet it down if you do need to handle it to minimize dust.

Judging by the age and the size (9x9 tiles), there's a good chance that these tiles contain asbestos, including the adhesive that was used. They're generally safe unless you start disturbing them, so it might be best to just leave them as they are and cover them if needed.
From a professional perspective, it’s best to either assume it’s asbestos or get it tested. If I were you, I’d skip the testing and just treat it as if it contains asbestos. Highly likely that it does, but just leaving it be is usually just fine.
Funny enough, I had a similar situation with 9x9 tiles, and after having them checked by two different companies, they determined it wasn't asbestos.
