Hey folks! I recently visited a few open houses, but the agents didn't have a clue about the flooring type in the homes. I've got two images I'd love your opinions on.
In the first image, do you think this is LVP? It has grout-like lines, which I've never seen in LVP before. Here's a comparison: [this LVP](https://img.shawinc.com/v1/VV457_02906/MAIN?quality=85&fmt=jpeg&w=1560&h=0&keep=c&crop=true) looks like it has deeper lines.
For the second image, can you tell if this is also LVP? The house had some areas where the edges were raised, and I could push them down with my hand. What might cause that? I'm planning a remodel soon, and I'd like to avoid any flooring issues like that. Appreciate any help!

The first image looks just like ours! It has those grout-line features, which is what we loved about it. I’d say it’s definitely high-quality LVP. If it’s like ours, you’re in for a treat!

That flooring does look nice! What brand did you go with, if you don’t mind sharing?
