I'm already familiar with the basic things like adjusting tilt angles and keeping panels clean. I'm looking for some unique or lesser-known strategies to enhance the efficiency of my DIY solar setup. What are some small tweaks or optimizations that have worked for you?

If you can get free access to some cold running water, running it over the panels might keep them cooler and enhance their efficiency. It’s worth trying if you have the setup for it!
One simple trick is to put a white tarp or something similar down in front of your panels. It’s not a massive boost, but it can help increase production a bit by reflecting light back onto the panels. It's worth a shot!
Have you considered making your own DC-DC optimizers? They're pretty affordable for a 1kW setup and can increase your charge output by about 5-10%. It's a fun DIY project that can bring a good return on investment.

That sounds interesting! I could also use a piece of wood painted white for a more durable solution.
