I'm having an issue with my dishwasher supply line. We noticed it was leaking, but interestingly, there were no leaks during a wash cycle. So, we replaced the supply line, hoping that would fix the problem. However, it still leaks when I wiggle it, which only causes a slow drip. I've tried both tightening and loosening it, but that didn't help either. Could I have missed something obvious, or is it possible that the new supply line is defective?

I once had a similar issue with a new supply line. In my case, tightening it just made the leak worse. The easiest solution is definitely to return it and swap it for another one. Sometimes, defects can happen even with new products.
It sounds like the replacement line might be faulty. I’d recommend returning it for a refund and trying a new one. Sometimes even new parts can be damaged.
Thanks! I'm planning to return it and grab a different brand tomorrow.

That sounds just like what I'm experiencing! I'll definitely return it and try a different brand this time. The original line I had was only 7 months old, and the replacement is also brand new from the same brand.
