I recently replumbed my home in central Florida, running PEX pipes through the attic due to my slab foundation. The issue I'm facing is that in the summer, the water temperature rises to around 140 degrees, which is dangerously hot. I've tried installing two wind turbine vents and a ridge vent, but my attic is still way too hot. Does anyone have suggestions on how to manage this heat problem effectively?

I get where you're coming from! I have a similar setup in Texas, but my water isn't nearly as hot. One thing I did was put my pipes under the attic insulation. Maybe you could try adding some insulation around the main runs to help? It might keep the heat at bay a bit more.
