I'm totally at my wits' end with these fungus gnats taking over my home! They are everywhere and it's driving me nuts. I've tried using yellow sticky pads, watering with a hydrogen peroxide mix, neem oil, and mosquito bits, but nothing seems to work. It's been months, and I've even stopped watering my plants entirely. I've heard about Gnatrol, but can't find anyone in the US who can deliver it. Can anyone give me some solid advice or alternative solutions? Please help!

Have you tried looking up ‘fungus gnats’ in the search bar? There are tons of posts with advice out there! Sticky traps definitely help alongside other treatments. Good luck!
One method that worked for me was to sprinkle shredded tobacco on the soil surface and water it in. I used crumpled cigarettes, but pipe tobacco would work just as well. If you want to save some money, you can make a tea out of it and use that for watering. It really does the trick!
I'm going to give this a shot! I've never heard of that trick before.
You might want to consider using predatory mites. They're great for dealing with fungus gnats, and honestly, having tiny red dots zooming around is way better than those annoying gnats buzzing around you! They also helped me treat my tomatoes from aphids.
I found success by using nematodes, which I bought off Amazon. They target fungus gnats specifically. It took a couple of weeks, but I kept the yellow sticky traps up for the adults, and eventually, it worked for me!

I've gone through numerous posts already but I'm struggling to find any specific product recommendations besides mosquito bits, which didn't work for me.
