Did I Make a Mistake with My Solar Setup?

I'm setting up a solar power system, but I'm starting to wonder if I've made some mistakes. I'm having a professional install everything, but here's what I've ordered so far: eight 705w twincel panels, the Voltronic Axpert Ultra 11kw off-grid inverter with dual MPPT, and 6000w input capacity. The inverter can handle a maximum of 11kw output and peaks at 22kw surge. I currently don't have an official backup battery, but I plan to add a 15kw lithium battery later. For now, I'm using four 12v30amp sealed lead-acid batteries to manage the load. Does this setup sound okay, or have I overlooked something?

About your setup cost, considering you're in Central Asia, $2200 for all parts, including the metal frame and installation, sounds reasonable. Just keep an eye on how those cheaper batteries perform. It's worth considering how much longer you want to rely on them before switching to lithium.

Your inverter seems solid, and your plan for a lithium battery is a good one! Just know that those lead-acid batteries can struggle with delivering power during cloudy days or low light because their capacity is limited. I wouldn't say you've made a mistake, but you might want to expedite getting that lithium battery installed. Also, keep in mind that the inverter can draw quite a bit of power even when idling, especially if the load is low, which could lead to more energy loss overnight if you're not running any appliances.

Can those lead-acid batteries potentially harm the inverter? You know, since they're not as high-spec?

What's the idle power draw on that inverter? I heard it uses quite a bit even when doing nothing.
