DIY Ideas for Raising a Heavy Frame into a High Opening

I've built a sturdy frame from 2x4s that's about 1.5" thick, and I need to get it into a 4-foot high opening in a remote building. Since it's just me doing this, I'm brainstorming a simple jacking system that will allow me to lift the frame up to that height.

One idea I had was to use two bottle jacks, moving them between two platforms to raise the frame. I also considered a wooden scissor jack. I'm looking for any clever and cost-effective suggestions since this is a one-time project and I won't have power or a generator at the site. The jacking system only needs to be about 2" deep, so it doesn't need to be as elaborate as those bike-lifting platforms. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Shear legs could work well for your lifting needs. They’re great for getting leverage on heavy items without a lot of expense. You can improvise a system that uses cribbing; it’s an old-school method where you stack underneath while tipping it to create a seesaw effect. Just be careful since you’re dealing with heavy stuff! Ramps or levers might also be handy, depending on the size of the frame you're lifting. Just remember to prioritize safety and avoid any heavy drops!
