Do Companion Plants Really Help Each Other in a Mixed Pot?

I'm curious about the benefits of companion planting, specifically if having different species together, like rosemary or lavender alongside datura inoxia in the same pot, can be advantageous. Are there any specific considerations I should keep in mind regarding their roots and growth?

Your idea of mixing plants is interesting! Just remember that while companion plants can deter pests, they can also compete for nutrients and space. If you're targeting organic pest control and want something pretty, you might want to space them out a bit to give each plant room to thrive. Good luck!

Yeah, companion planting can definitely be helpful, but you have to watch out for how the roots interact. Rosemary and lavender might do fine sharing space with datura inoxia, but over time, datura's roots could potentially outcompete or choke them. It might be a good idea to try it out and see how it goes! Just keep an eye on them.
