Hey everyone! I'm working with my Milwaukee M18 CP2.0 battery pack, and after manually balancing each bank, I placed it in the charger to "reset" the State of Charge (SOC). Is this a normal part of the process? If so, why exactly does it need to be reset this way?

Yep, tossing it on the charger is the right move! Usually, it should jump to about 4 bars when it resets properly. If it doesn’t, it could mean the system hasn’t cleared yet.
