I'm currently working on a project that involves using a magnetic stirrer, which requires me to manage some electronic components that interact with magnetic fields. I'm wondering if I should shield my components from the changing magnetic fields produced by the stirrer. If so, what would be the best approach to do that?

You generally only need to worry about shielding if you're experiencing issues with interference, especially if a malfunction could cause problems. Keep in mind that the strength of magnetic fields decreases quickly with distance due to the inverse square law, so the first step would be to try to keep your electronics as far away from the stirrer as possible.
Are you concerned that the magnetic field from the stirrer will impact your electronics? It really depends on what components you have nearby. For example, if you have any magnetic hardware close to the stirrer, it might be worth considering shielding or at least some distance.

Right now, I've got a Battery Management System (BMS) and a voltage regulator for charging the batteries, along with a motor driver. There should also be transistors for the I/O interactions. Sorry if my terms are off; I'm still figuring things out with electronics since this is my first project!
