I'm replacing my ceiling fan and need some advice. My ceiling is slanted and quite high, so I'm wondering if I need to buy a special mount or attachment for it. Can anyone give me some clarity on this?

Absolutely, look for a fan that includes an angled mount option. A longer down rod will help ensure the fan operates well with your ceiling angle. It should swivel itself if the mount is right! Happy to help if you need more details!

You should be good! Most ceiling fans come with options for slanted ceilings, and many brackets can handle up to a 45-degree angle. Just make sure you have a longer down rod so the fan clears the wall properly. Also, keep in mind that 90 degrees is flat, so it's great that you caught that! Let me know if you have more questions!

You definitely want a ceiling fan that’s designed for slanted ceilings. You might not need anything super special, but a good spacer shaft is essential to make sure it clears the ceiling. Just check the specs before you buy!
