I'm hoping to help my Monstera Adansonii grow larger leaves, but I'm not a fan of traditional moss poles. Do they work well with alternative supports, like cork bark, or can they thrive climbing up walls or trees instead?

Just be careful if you're thinking about putting it against a wall. While the roots aren't super strong, they could potentially cause some damage if they get too big. Keep an eye on it!
You can definitely use cork bark or even let your adansonii climb up a wall or tree. They seem to thrive on different support types, so you might find that they grow just as well as they would on a moss pole!
