I've been wondering if slug pellets have any impact on bees and other pollinators. If they do, I'd really appreciate any suggestions for alternative methods to control slugs in my garden without harming these important creatures.

If you have some space in your garden, why not create a pond? Frogs are great at munching on slugs, and you'll attract all sorts of birds that eat them too! By building suitable habitats, you can encourage natural predators and might find you won’t need those pellets at all.
I totally agree! I’ve got a bunch of birds hanging around, but last year I faced a serious slug invasion. The only thing that worked for me were beer traps and a late-night slug hunt with scissors!
