Hey everyone! I'm curious about those watering wicks that draw water from a bowl into the plant soil. They seem like a neat idea, but I'm wondering if they really help with watering plants. Has anyone tried them out? Would love to hear your experiences!

Absolutely, they can work really well! The wicks allow the plant to take up water as it needs it, which helps avoid the issues of overwatering or underwatering. It’s pretty handy!

Thanks for the info! Can I also mix in some liquid fertilizer with the water to save time?

Yeah, I’ve had decent results with them. It's interesting to see how the roots sometimes grow into the wick when you repot the plant after using it. It shows they're really utilizing that moisture!

Can I add liquid fertilizer to the water in the wick too?
