Does HD Price Match Sold Out Kits If You Buy Items Separately?

I've been trying to snag a kit that's currently sold out both online and in stores, checking multiple times a day and even setting up alerts, but it seems like it's not coming back in stock anytime soon. I'm curious if I buy the items in that kit separately, would Home Depot price match the original deal? I know it might be a long shot, but has anyone ever done this successfully?

Unfortunately, the simple answer is no. Home Depot has a history of canceling orders that seem like too much of a deal. I remember the Milwaukee Packout Buy More Save More fiasco! So, you might not have much luck there, but it doesn’t hurt to give it a shot, right? Haha.

Yeah, it’s definitely worth trying at least! You never know what might happen.

For sure! Just be prepared for them to say no.

Generally, price matches are only offered for items that are in stock. So, I doubt they would honor a price match for something that's sold out. It's worth asking, though!
