Does Mixing Wood Glue with Sanded Wood Powder Make Joints Stronger for Guitar Building?

I'm working on a guitar using some leftover wood, and I'm wondering if mixing wood glue with sanded wood powder before applying it to the joints would make them stronger. Has anyone tried this or have any insights?

Nope, mixing wood glue with sanded wood powder isn't a good idea. You actually want a thin layer of glue in the joints, so the surfaces should be super clean and free of debris. If you add sawdust, it can create air gaps and make the glue not cure properly, weakening the joint instead of strengthening it.
