I'm dealing with a pretty bad fungus gnat problem, but I don't have sticky traps or neem oil at my disposal. I've looked everywhere for solutions. Any ideas on what I can use to get rid of these pests?

Mosquito bits can be super effective against fungus gnats. They contain a natural bacterium that targets the larvae. Just mix them into your soil according to the package instructions and you should see improvements soon!
My mom swears by using ground cinnamon! Just sprinkle it on the dirt—she claims it helps keep the gnats away. I haven't tried it myself yet, but it's worth a shot!
Have you thought about using Diatomaceous Earth? It’s a natural pest control that can help with gnats when sprinkled on the soil. Just make sure to keep it dry for the best results!
What is it exactly?
I’ve had good luck with a hydrogen peroxide solution as well. Just dilute it with water (look up the right ratios) and water your plants with it while making sure to let the soil dry out between waterings. It really helps kill off the pests.

This is the way! I’ve seen it work wonders.
