Has Anyone Dealt with Latex-ite Driveway Sealer Warranties?

Last summer, I used a Latex-ite 5-year sealer to resurface my blacktop driveway, and it looked great for the remainder of the season. However, after the winter, about 90% of it peeled off. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced similar issues with the product and how their warranty worked. It took around 12 or 13 five-gallon buckets from Home Depot to complete the job.

Did you apply two coats? I've heard it helps with durability. Just curious if that might have been part of the issue here.

Seems like using Latex on asphalt isn't the best idea if you're expecting to keep it looking nice through the winter. It's actually a polymer-modified asphalt emulsion-based sealer, not traditional latex. Products can have different durability depending on conditions, so make sure to check the warranty for coverage in situations like this.
