I'm curious if anyone out there has used a 110VAC M18 battery charger with an inverter. I want to keep a spare charger in my truck, and I'm wondering if it will work. If you have experience with this, could you let me know what wattage inverter you used? Thanks in advance!

Definitely check the label on your charger for its voltage and amps. You can calculate the wattage from that info. It's a handy way to figure out what you'll need.
I use a 2000 watt inverter regularly and it works great. My standard charger is around 240 watts, and the rapid charger is about 360 watts. Just remember to watch for the continuous rating on the inverter, as most of them list their surge ratings too. And make sure to use solid connections instead of relying on the cigarette lighter plugs!
Yeah, we charge our batteries using inverters all the time in our bucket trucks. Some of them just use a single charger, while others have rapid gang chargers. I'm not exactly sure what wattage you need, but I can tell you they’re strong enough to power a microwave—much more powerful than something you'd plug into a regular cigarette lighter.
I run my M18 chargers with an 1800 watt EcoFlow inverter and have had no problems at all. It handles both chargers effortlessly!
On my work truck, I use a 400 watt factory inverter and it works well for charging batteries. I also have a bigger inverter that powers three chargers along with other gear, and it's been great!
I've got a 750 watt inverter from Hazard Fraught and it runs my M18 rapid charger without any issues.
