I've been hanging onto this 10% off coupon from Home Depot, and I thought it was finally time to use it on some Milwaukee tool deals. But when I entered the coupon at checkout, it reset the prices to full price, making some items go from $500 to $800 after applying the discount. This doesn't seem worth it! Has anyone else run into this issue or found a way to use the coupon successfully?

Yeah, they typically don’t allow combining discounts like that. If you go to the pro counter at your local Home Depot, they might help you out by combining the coupons. That's what I did last time!
It’s tricky—some of these deals can’t stack. The 10% only works when you apply it to something that's on a regular sale, not during a BOGO or similar promo. It’s a bummer, but that’s how they set it up.
