Hey everyone! I've read a bit about copper clothing and its potential antifungal properties, and I'm curious if anyone here has tried using copper underwear or socks specifically for dealing with jock itch and athlete's foot. I've been struggling with both issues and I'm already using creams and various treatments. I'm hoping to find out if copper clothing is worth trying. I found a couple of products I'm interested in:
- [Copper Boxer Shorts](https://www.copperclothing.com/products/mens-copper-boxer-shorts?variant=35018226991262)
- [Everyday Copper Socks](https://www.copperclothing.com/products/5-pack-everyday-copper-socks?variant=35018304651422)
I'd love to hear about your experiences if you've used these or similar items!

I’m a heavy sweater and have had success with a few things:
1. **Wool socks** are my year-round go-to; they last long and help with moisture management.
2. **Moisture-wicking underwear** made from natural fibers (like bamboo) work great too, though they can be pricey!
3. Tire yourself with some **powder** down there and even in your shoes—it will help keep moisture away and prevent blisters!
Copper may help inhibit fungus on the fabric itself, but it likely won’t tackle the infection that's already under your skin. Stick with your antifungal creams, keep using breathable socks and underwear, and switch up your pairs often to stay dry. If you’re not seeing progress after a couple of weeks, definitely check in with a healthcare provider.

Just a heads up that bamboo fabric is technically rayon, so keep that in mind when shopping.
