Has Anyone Tried Kohler Luxstone for a Bathroom Remodel?

I recently received a quote for a Kohler Luxstone bathtub and shower replacement, and the total came to about $18,000. With a Costco promotion, it would be around $15,800. I'm curious if anyone here has actually gone through with this service. I know it's quite pricey, and I've noticed that they are firm on their pricing. There's very little information about Luxstone available on platforms like Reddit, YouTube, or elsewhere. It's strange to me that there aren't more reviews or testimonials from people who have renovated their bathrooms with this product. What do you all think?

$16k sounds like a lot! That's basically the cost of a full bathroom remodel in some places. I've noticed that a lot of people are hesitant to share their experiences with Luxstone, which makes me wonder if the price point is a turn-off for a lot of customers. They would probably garner more interest if people felt more confident about the product. Honestly, the lack of reviews is kind of concerning.

I agree, that amount could cover a complete bathroom remodel depending on where you live. It's puzzling that Luxstone hasn't been more popular online if it's such a good product. You'd think they would adjust their pricing strategy if people aren't buying. What sort of amenities or features does that price include? Maybe there's more value than it seems.
