Has Anyone Tried the Dewalt-Compatible Stick Vacs?

Hey everyone, I've been hearing a lot about these stick vacuums that use Dewalt batteries, but I'm curious if anyone has actually given one a go. I know there are some risks involved, but I'm looking for real-world experiences. Has anyone had luck with them?

I did find some adapters that allow you to use Dewalt batteries with other vacuums. I love running my Dyson with it! It's super convenient to switch batteries instead of waiting for it to recharge. Definitely worth checking out if you want to try a stick vac with Dewalt power!

That sounds awesome! I might have to look into that adapter for my Dyson!

I've thought about that! Adapters are a game changer, I'll have to try it out!

I've heard mixed things about them. Some folks say they struggle with carpet, especially if you're used to a heavy-duty vacuum. A buddy of mine suggests sticking with a corded vacuum for carpets if you want the best performance. The cordless options just aren't quite there yet.

Yeah, I can see that. My experience with cordless vacs hasn't been great either. I usually end up going back to my corded model.

Totally agree! I think they need to upgrade the battery power or something before I would even consider switching.

Just a heads up, I read recently that these stick vacs are frequently returned and not considered very reliable. Some reviews are pretty harsh, so you might want to consider that before diving in. Good luck!

Yeah, I saw that too... makes me think twice about investing in one.

Ugh, sounds like I should proceed with caution. Thanks for the warning!
