Hey everyone! I recently managed to get the M12 cutoff tool for just $83, pairing it with two 5Ah batteries for $113. When I tried to return the batteries, the store insisted that I had to return both items, even though they each have their own prices. This is the first time I've been told no after doing this successfully several times over the past year. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this and if there are any changes happening as a result.

Yeah, I've run into the same issue! I tried to return a tool and was denied today, had to return everything. Seems like they’re getting stricter about partial returns lately, probably due to the buzz around it. It's a bummer because it was a good run for hacking deals. It's definitely been a good run, but I think resellers have messed it up for everyone. Now it seems like some stores are really clamping down on these returns, which is a shame. I’ve been reselling the batteries online, but my area hasn’t been very hot for M12 products.
