Hey everyone, I noticed that Lowe's seems to have removed the option to see itemized prices for free tools both in their app and on their website. Instead of showing specific prices, everything is just listed as free or $0. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah, I think they might only show itemized prices in-store now. It’s a bummer if you’re trying to keep track of what you’re getting for free. I noticed it too!
I've heard of similar issues! I was planning to buy a DCS590WW1 with a battery pack and return the battery to get a good deal, but now I’m worried about how returns are handled. I hope they don’t mess that up!
It's pretty strange how they keep changing policies! I had a Lowe's employee tell me they implemented a new rule where everything now needs to be returned if you get a free item. I tried using a hack to get something last month, but when I checked again, my receipt showed everything as free. They insisted I needed to return all items!
