I keep getting plants from Asda that come with a pest problem! I recently received a china rose for Mother's Day, and it's now crawling with spider mites. It was right beside my Jade plant, and now that's showing signs of them too, but not as bad. I'm wondering if using neem oil will help tackle these mites? It's the only treatment I have available right now.

I’d suggest mixing neem oil with water and a little soap to create a milky spray. Spray it on your plants regularly for about two weeks. Before you do that, it might be worth trimming off the worst affected areas since the infestation might spread to nearby plants.
Honestly, I haven't had much luck with neem oil for spider mites. It might work a bit, but I feel like just rinsing them off with water could be just as effective without potentially harming your plants. To get rid of these pests completely, a miticide that targets all life stages is a better way to go. I personally use Captain Jack’s with spinosad, but just make sure whatever you find specifically mentions it kills spider mites.
