Having Trouble Loading Staples in My M12 3/8 Crown Stapler?

I just got my new M12 3/8 crown stapler and when I tried to use it, I ran into a problem where I can't get the staples to load properly. I made sure to load them in the channel like the instructions say and I'm using Senco 3/8 crown staples. I've even tried different lengths between 1/4 to 9/16, but the magazine just won't close. Has anyone else had this issue, particularly with Senco staples? I don't think it's user error, but who knows? Any help would be appreciated!

I haven't faced any issues with mine! I actually use Milwaukee brand staples, and they work great. Maybe that’s worth trying since you can grab some online at a good price. Just make sure to check if your staples match the specifications required for the stapler.

You should check if you’re using the right type of staples. The Milwaukee M12 3/8" Crown Stapler is meant for T50-style staples, not just any 3/8 crown staples like Senco. If they're not T50s, that could be why the magazine won’t close properly! You might want to look into getting the correct ones to ensure everything works smoothly.

The box might not specify T50, but I think if they’re just standard 3/8 crown staples, they might not fit right. It really does seem like the crown size can make a difference!
