Help! Intermittent Water Leak Under 1 Gallon/Hour – What Could It Be?

I've noticed a small leak in my house that's using less than a gallon of water per hour. My county has a tracker that shows my water usage by the hour, and it's showing some hours of zero usage, which makes the leak feel really sporadic. I previously dealt with a toilet flapper leak that was much more consistent, so I don't think it's the same issue here. I'm also certain my fridge doesn't have an icemaker. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this intermittent leak?

Could this be from an ice maker? It seems like a common culprit, but if your fridge doesn't have one, it's not the case here. Just a thought!
