I have an Electrolux refrigerator model ENN2851AOW, and the freezer is working perfectly, but the fridge section isn't cooling at all. Is there something I can do to fix this myself, or should I just call a technician?

You could also try defrosting the fridge. Sometimes ice can build up and block the air ducts. Just empty it out, unplug it, and leave the doors open for around 24 hours. It worked for me when my Frigidaire had a similar issue.
Before you call for help, ensure that the vents at the top and bottom aren't blocked by food or ice. If air isn't passing through the vents, it could be a simple fix. Also, check the freezer drain plug to see if that's clogged, as that can also cause frost buildup.
It sounds like there might be a blockage in the air circulation from the freezer to the fridge. The system typically relies on a blower fan or vents to distribute cold air, so checking that might help. Maybe take a look at the vent openings to see if anything's stuck or blocked up.
That's a good point, I'll check that out. Thanks!

Great advice! I'll make sure to check all of that.
