Hey everyone! I have a KitchenAid dishwasher (model KDTM604KPS) that suddenly started leaking water last night. I managed to get a video of the leak, but I've watched a few videos on fixing dishwasher leaks, and they seem to show different setups than mine. I really need some help identifying the part that's leaking and whether it's something I can fix on my own. Thanks!

Water leaks can be tricky because they often don’t drip right from the source. Just because you see water pooling in one spot doesn’t mean that’s where the problem is. I’d recommend checking all the connections and seals. However, if you're unsure about the source or how to fix it, it might be best to call a repair technician. I’ve had luck replacing parts like the dish rack and door gasket when I knew exactly what was wrong, but in your case, a pro might figure it out faster. Good luck with it!
Definitely check out the video you posted for more clues! Sometimes, the hose connections or gaskets can go bad, leading to leaks. If you're feeling adventurous, you might want to inspect those first. But if it looks complex or you're not confident, don’t hesitate to reach out to a repair service. It’s always better to be safe than sorry!
