There are a couple of things you should check:
1) Have you inspected the breaker? Sometimes, it helps to turn it off completely and back on again.
2) Also, dishwasher models often don't come with the power cable attached. If the breaker check doesn’t resolve it, you might consider returning it for another one.
First, make sure there's power at the connection point. Grab a multimeter or a hot wire tester to check if it’s actually getting power. Don’t just guess; this step is crucial!
Totally agree! There's no point in troubleshooting the dishwasher itself until you're sure power is reaching it.
