I'm having trouble with my top window—it won't close completely. I've tried lifting it into place, but it either doesn't go all the way up or doesn't lock. Here's a [link to the image](https://imgur.com/a/QurjYa7) showing what's going on. Any tips on how I can fix this?

I dealt with a similar issue before. Check for a small circular plastic piece with a semi-circular metal grommet; it might have fallen out or broken. I had to call my window installer to replace it, and it was quick and covered by warranty. Even if it's broken, you might still be able to close it by pushing up really hard with your weight.
Have you tried unlocking the locks before closing it? Sometimes that does the trick!
Is it possible that the window isn't really closed? There might be a small gap at the top that needs adjusting to fit it properly.
